Dr. Lani Cormier graduated from LSU School of Dentistry and is from the small town of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. Her roots run deep with South Louisiana pride and she’s excited to put those roots down in Lafayette with her husband, Trent, and their little girl, Jane. She’s full of life, motivated, and has the kindest smile you’ll ever witness. She believes the best part of her job is making a difference in a patient’s confidence. Her enthusiasm for dentistry and passion for providing excellent patient care is exactly what we love to see and we’re lucky to add her to our growing team. Dr. Cormier is eager to start this next chapter here at our practice, serving the best patients in town!
jennifer, expanded duty dental assistant
With over 10 years of experience in Orthodontics, she was the perfect one to join our team as our practice is growing and expanding our Ortho services. She organizes our carts, orders materials, confirms patients’ measurements, and is thorough in her explanation of the ortho process so that each of her patients know exactly what they need to do at home to get them to the next step in the process to a straighter smile! Additionally, she has recently become trained in operating our Ceph X-ray, which is a diagnostic radiograph used primarily for ortho treatment planning. Jennifer attended Academy of Acadian in 2006, where she earned her certification as a Dental Assistant. Not only does she have the tenure in Ortho, but she’s also certified in CPR and Expanded Dental Duties. She loves transforming amazing smiles and the joy that her patients have once their journey of ortho is complete. Jennifer and her husband, Josh have two amazing children, Brooke and Blaise. They love being outdoors, traveling and making memories as a family of four!
skyler, office and hygiene coordinator
Skyler joined the Dr. Gina Liggio Maestri, DDS team in 2014. Skyler attended Delta College of Arts and Technology where she gained her certification as a Dental Assistant. Skyler and her husband Cody are the proud parents to a daughter, Alysse Marie, and son, Samuel. When she is not working, Skyler loves spending time outside where she can soak up the sun and spend time with friends and family. Skyler’s favorite thing about working at Dr. Gina Liggio Maestri, DDS is seeing patients leave the office with a happy and healthy smile.
aubrie, registered dental hygienist
Aubrie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2022 from the LSU School of Dentistry. From the beginning, she’s had a genuine care for helping others. She loves to share her passion for dentistry and making a difference in her patients’ lives. Aubrie’s goal is to have every patient in her chair comfortable and encouraged to come back with peace of mind. Outside of her profession, you can find her spending time outdoors with her friends and family.
maci, expanded duty dental assistant
Shortly after Maci graduated from Accelerated Dental Assistant Academy in 2021, she began working with Dr. Maestri and her team and found even more love for her career. Every day she’s able to learn something new and further her education. Maci is originally from Egan, Louisiana, where she and her husband Hudson plan to raise a family. Together they have an adorable and energetic fur baby named Dash. When Maci isn’t working she enjoys spending quality time with her loving family and her secret obsession— shopping of course.
karen, office manager RHIA
Karen is a Lafayette native. She joined the Dr. Gina Liggio Maestri, DDS team in 2023 with an extensive background in healthcare operations. Karen attended University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she gained her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Administration. She holds the Registered Health Information Administrator certification since 2006 . Karen and her family enjoy quality time traveling, ATV riding and camping with friends.
anna, registered dental hygienist
Anna grew up in Abbeville, Louisiana and attended college at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette before attending LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. After graduation, she moved back home to start her career as a Dental Hygienist! Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is getting to know her patients and making sure they leave with a beautiful smile. She now lives here in Youngsville where she loves spending time with her family and friends, reading and traveling as much as she can!

Cgie is a dedicated Dental Assistant who loves helping patients feel calm and comfortable during their visits. She is passionate about learning and expanding her knowledge in the dental field. After graduating from Accelerated Dental Assistant Academy in 2023, she joined Dr. Maestri’s team a year later and has also completed her EDDA certification.
Originally from Ville Platte, LA, she now calls Lafayette home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Mila Love—they love shopping, sipping matcha, and binge-watching Bluey.
danielle, treatment coordinator
Originally from the small town of Deville, Louisiana, she is new to the Lafayette area and is loving her new community. She’s a natural conversationalist who enjoys connecting with patients and making them feel welcome. Outside of work, she loves shopping, sipping iced coffee, and listening to podcasts. She’s also a proud wife and mom to three energetic kids who keep life fun and busy.
brenna, registered dental hygienist
As a dental hygienist, she is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smile and comfortable in her chair. She graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in 2020 and spent five years practicing in Hammond, Louisiana, before relocating to Lafayette with her family for her husband’s job.
She enjoys educating patients about the importance of preventative care and values building lasting relationships that help people feel at ease during their visits. She attended Southeastern Louisiana University for two years before completing her dental hygiene degree at LSU.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves getting outdoors to fish whenever she can.
blair, registered dental hygienist
A native of Hammond, Louisiana, Blair recently relocated to Lafayette with her family and is excited to put down roots and make Lafayette home. She earned her degree from the LSU School of Dentistry and brings over 10 years of clinical experience in both general and pediatric dentistry.
Blair loves getting to know her patients and is dedicated to providing patient-centered care in a warm, welcoming environment. Her calm demeanor and gentle approach help patients feel at ease during their visits.
Outside the office, Blair enjoys spending time with her husband, Jordan, and their three children. As a family, they love cheering on the kids at their activities, exploring the Lafayette community, and enjoying fun outings together.
chelsea, dental assistant
As a Dental Assistant, Chelsea supports our dentists chairside, keeps treatment areas stocked and spotless, and ensures all instruments are properly cleaned and prepared. She previously worked with an endodontist for eight years, where she developed a strong eye for detail and a love for keeping everything — and everyone — organized.
She graduated from Acadiana Area Career College and Midland High School. Outside of the office, she loves to read and shop. She’s been married for 12 years and lives in Crowley with her two children.
